As a Workforce Planner at the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA), you will ensure that Fuels program inspectors have manageable workloads aligned with regulatory commitments. Your responsibilities include resolving scheduling issues, managing escalations, and analyzing data to identify improvements. This position is crucial for enhancing operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inspector scheduling and service targets
• Investigate and clarify Fuels-related operational issues
• Address Level-3 escalations with thorough oversight
• Analyze workloads to optimize resource allocation
• Support cross-departmental alignment on Fuels issues
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of workforce planning experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI
• Robust analytical skills for data assessment
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and safety practices
