Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright at its Cold Stamping Facility in Tillsonburg, Ontario. The Millwright/Mechanic will support production, requiring experience in a stamping environment and a self‑motivated, fast‑paced work approach.

Starting wage $45.69. Signing bonus $2,500. Comprehensive benefits from Day 1, including a 5% RRSP employer contribution, 3 weeks vacation plus 4 paid personal days.

Summary of Responsibilities

- Provide maintenance support to all areas of production, ensuring machines and facilities operate safely and efficiently.
- Diagnose equipment failures, both routine and non‑routine, using solid troubleshooting skills.
- Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
- Perform repairs on machinery and plant support systems,



including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs.
- Adhere to all company policies, including Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, Human Resources policies, and the Employee Handbook.

Minimum Qualifications

- Experience with stamping equipment or feed line systems is an asset.
- 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment working with industrial machinery.
- Ability to work rotating shifts (days/afternoons).

Preferred Qualifications

- Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A).
