This role is a 12-month maternity leave contract and will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. In this position, you will support a Managing Director. Responsibilities include coordinating complex international travel, processing expenses, preparing correspondence, maintaining CRM records, managing office and client hospitality, and creating a welcoming, professional environment for both staff and clients.
