We’re a growing, relationship-driven insurance brokerage looking for a RIBO-licensed Personal Lines professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service and building long-term trust.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide exceptional day‑to‑day customer service to clients.
- Handle renewals, remarkets, and policy changes with a focus on retention
- Provide coverage advice tailored to client needs
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters
- Support producers and collaborate across the team
- Ensure timely follow-ups on client requests, endorsements, and submissions

What You Bring

- Active RIBO license (in positive standing)
- 2+ years of personal lines experience (brokerage preferred)
- Strong knowledge of home and auto policies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A client-first mindset with robust communication skills
- Experience with BMS system PowerBroker an asset

Compensation & Perks

- $56,000 – $75,000 salary
