The Director of Central Planning reports directly to the Vice President, Planning & Methods. You will supervise interdisciplinary teams while developing the organizational transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment across planning schedules, and overseeing multiple projects. Your influence will drive executive decision-making and facilitate the S/4HANA migration alongside Customer Horizon Management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop the transformation roadmap for Planning & Methods • Ensure consistency across planning schedules for all teams • Manage a multi-site project portfolio effectively • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for program delivery • Provide governance and monitor organizational performance

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field • 15+ years in aerospace or complex manufacturing • 5+ years leading interdisciplinary teams • Strong strategic mindset with execution ability • Excellent knowledge of Lean principles
