We seek a results-driven Controller to lead financial tasks at our manufacturing site. This role requires expertise in cost control, variance analysis, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will develop budgets and forecasts while monitoring KPIs to elevate plant performance within a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead monthly financial close and reporting processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements at the plant level
• Develop annual budgets and ongoing forecasts
• Monitor KPIs for enhanced operational performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification preferred
