Become the HRIS Analyst Specialist at Innergex Renewable Energy, supporting system enhancements and HR processes. Your role will focus on improving data integrity and user experience in a hybrid work setting.
In this P3 level role, you'll partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize HRIS features, and conduct user training sessions. Your ability to analyze and transform data into strategic metrics using Power BI will play an integral role in strategic decision-making, ensuring the HRIS reflects the needs of its users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and resolve HR system problems
• Monitor and enhance HR application functionalities
• Develop insightful HR metrics using Power BI




• Collaborate with analytics for business requirements
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders
Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience in HR systems management
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
• Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in both French and English for collaboration
