Insight Global is seeking a Tooling Methods Agent to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. This role is 5x week onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot tooling issues and support production teams in resolving machining challenges.

- Recommend and implement tooling solutions to maintain production output.

- Provide technical support to operators, planners, and manufacturing teams.

- Support tooling-related nonconformities, drawing updates, and technical corrections.

- Collaborate on new part introductions and manufacturing process improvements.

- Define tooling parameters, tool life, salvage limits, and cutting conditions.

Initiate procurement of tooling packages for current machine setups.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- French language is required, English is an asset

- Minimum of 5 years of past relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

- Prior experience with machining and CNC programming





- Experience using CATIA

Compensation:

$29/hr to $35/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
