Overview

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant - Compliance at Confluence. This remote role supports clients in the FinTech space, focusing on Investment Compliance Monitoring (ICM) via the Signal platform. You will join a global team spanning North America, India and South Africa to deliver successful implementations. Department: Client Experience.

Responsibilities

- Play a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to clients and act as a liaison across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, using a deep understanding of the FinTech industry along with strong system, technology, analysis and communication skills.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business problems, analyze current business processes, define success criteria, translate these into requirements, and assist in the design to deliver the best implementation to meet clients' goals.
- Support the Signal platform, which manages Investment Compliance Monitoring (ICM), as part of a global team across North America, India and South Africa.
- Work closely with product and development teams to ensure insights shape and refine offerings beyond execution for Signal.
- Possibly grow into supporting additional products as the company expands.





Qualifications

- Strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing implementations.
- Knowledge in shareholder monitoring and/or sensitive industry reporting; relevant industry expertise is a key to success in this role.
- Experience in the FinTech space and ability to collaborate with product and development teams.
