the Workday Compensation Analyst will contribute to both Workday implementation activities and ongoing compensation programs. You will play a key role in supporting the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday's Compensation modules, while applying core compensation principles to ensure accurate and effective program design. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in compensation concepts, who enjoys working hands-on in a project setting, and wants to gain deeper expertise and experience in HRIS-enabled Total Rewards administration. DutiesWorkday Compensation Configuration & Support: Support the configuration and validation of Workday Compensation modules, ensuring system set-up aligns with compensation programs, pay structures, and policies.
