You will estimate various project types, including design-build and construction management, while collaborating closely with project teams to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed estimates for design-build and CM projects
• Analyze plans and specifications for accuracy
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and vendors




• Conduct site visits and approve design documents
• Maintain a costing database for future estimates
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years as a Construction Estimator
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Proficient in estimating software
• Knowledge of construction equipment and techniques
• Ability to manage multiple complex estimates
