Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in FPGA design and RTL development.
- Expertise in NR/LTE, eCPRI/CPRI, PTP, and related wireless protocols.
- Familiarity with high-speed interfaces: JESD204B/C, Ethernet, PCIe, AXI, and SERDES.
- Proficiency with FPGA development tools: Quartus, Vivado, MATLAB/Simulink, HDL Coder.
- Knowledge of UVM and contemporary verification methodologies.
- Solid understanding of 4G/5G Radio architectures and O-RAN ecosystem.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and version control workflows.
Preferred Experience
- 7+ years of FPGA design experience in wireless or high-speed digital systems.
- Background in high-volume wireless product development or FPGA IP creation.
- Contributions to standards bodies or technical forums (e.g., O-RAN, 3GPP).
