This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards to support seamless and efficient train operations. The successful candidate will bring technical expertise, effective leadership, and a proactive approach to maintaining infrastructure performance, addressing potential risks, and contributing to the overall success of CPKC's rail network.Position AccountabilitiesDeliver regulatory compliance to CPKC safety practices, policies, and procedures, ensuring unionized employees operate in a safe and compliant manner while fostering a culture of workplace safetyConduct track inspections at required intervals, compile accurate records, and address exceptions through timely corrective actions,
