Our client is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and manage compilation engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles, exceptional organizational and leadership skills and a commitment to providing accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable standards. This opportunity will require an average of three days a week in office in either the client's downtown Toronto or Oakville office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of compilation engagements
- Review and finalize working papers and financial statements prepared by staff and managers
- Provide hands‑on leadership and mentorship to a team of accountants and junior managers
- Monitor job budgets, billing, and profitability on assigned engagements

Qualifications:

- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive public practice experience, with a robust focus on compilation engagements
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and client engagements
