A CSCA Customer Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for overseeing the entire order lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficiently order processing, order validation, order tracking to ensure optimal delivery of customer orders. This role collaborates with internal and external teams including Sales, W&T; Ops to ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders while ensuring compliance with company policies & industry regulations. This role plays a critical in proactively achieving Load Factor Maximization for customers, which result in logistical efficiencies for Customer and better terms for Clients, this individual also has direct influence on pricing resolution which contributes to a better revenue recovery for the customer. Last but not least, the CSCA proactively suggests Product Substitution Options to buyers, which results in more efficient shipments, supply chain cost reduction and enhanced KPI performance.

Responsibilities

- Checking various sources of PO inflow (EDI queue, Fax / email inbox & USPS) periodically
- Entering orders in the business ERP within given TAT
- Proactively manage product allocation on the orders.
- Ensuring delivery note on sales orders gets created in a timely fashion.
- Coordinating with shipping facilities to get the product shipped to customers.




- Coordinating with carrier team to obtain periodic status of the load (pickup / in transit / delivery)
- Coordinating with demand control team to obtain availability dates of short / unavailable items on customer’s order.
- Coordinating with customers to obtain substitutes (replacement items) for unavailable items and share availability dates.
- Support customers with pool date coordination, rush shipment arrangements, and problem resolution.
- Order track and trace when shipped out of the shipping facility and share real time updates with the customer.
- Communicating with customers about various process updates such as (Order Qty or Date changes, different updates on availability, delivery, etc).
- Daily maintenance in SAP which would include reviewing error reports with the order management tool: ZORD
- Analyzing order trend of customers and raise flag if variation experienced.
- Work as a team to process any ad hoc request promptly
- Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external stakeholders’ inquiries quickly, effectively and professionally.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems before escalating to the next level.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

- Bi-lingual: Canadian French/English speaking
- Good understanding of upstream and downstream OTC processes
- Good communication skills (written & spoken)
- Strong analytical mindset, problem solving and organization skills.
- Proficiency with system applications, especially MS Office (outlook, excel, word, power point etc.)
- Experience in customer service and or supply chain and order management.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Possess ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time.
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Shift Timings: 8 AM to 5PM and working on QE close weekends

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

- Resources from Order management domain and worked on SAP ERP-
- Bachelor’s Degree (business,



logistics or finance is preferred.
- Positive understanding of upstream and downstream processes
- Good communication skills (written & spoken)
- Strong analytical mindset, problem solving and organization skills.
- Good Working knowledge of tools like SAP / S4 HANA, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Blue Yonder, Salesforce and Ariba
- Proficiency with system applications, especially MS Office (outlook, excel, word, power point etc.)
- Strong team player

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [CAD50,000 to CAD55,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
