The Job

You'll:





- Move between service calls and project work
- Work on supermarket refrigeration projects, retrofits, and store renovations
- Install systems that need to be right the first time
- Commission and startup equipment with confidence
- Walk into challenging situations and find solutions

One day you're preventing a grocery store from losing thousands in product.

The next you're helping deliver a major refrigeration project that has to meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Supermarket Experience Required

Let's be clear.

Supermarket refrigeration is a specialized trade within a trade.

We're looking for technicians who have experience with:

- Rack systems
- Store remodels and renovations
- Equipment replacements
- New supermarket construction
- Controls integration and commissioning

Anyone can swap parts.

Not everyone can manage a supermarket project while coordinating with multiple trades, tight deadlines, live stores, and demanding customers.

That's the level we're hiring for.

What You'll Actually Do

- Diagnose problems quickly and accurately
- Repair and maintain commercial and industrial HVACR systems
- Install and retrofit refrigeration equipment




- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Support supermarket refrigeration projects from install through commissioning
- Complete digital documentation accurately and professionally
- Build customer confidence through technical expertise and reliability

What You'll Need

Journeyperson Refrigeration Certification or Registered Apprentice

Minimum 3 + years of refrigeration experience or strong apprentice progression

Experience with rack systems, store remodels, retrofits, and commissioning

Ability to participate in an on-call rotation

Valid Class 5 Driver's License
