*What you’ll do*

- Build and lead a self-sustaining estate-litigation practice with strong support.
- Work independently and collaboratively to manage existing and new client matters: complex estates, wills variation disputes, undue influence claims, and more.
- Mentor and collaborate, guiding staff and junior lawyers, shaping strategy, and contributing to the firm's ethos of 'human first, lawyer second.'
- Combine business development, client support, and high-calibre litigation work in a flexible, forward-looking environment.

*You bring*

- 6+ years (the more the better) of estate litigation experience. Commercial litigation experience is an asset.
- Demonstrated capability to develop and sustain a book of business.
- Subject-matter expertise in estate litigation, complex and contentious estate matters, etc.
- Strong leadership, mentorship skills,



and a collaborative mindset.
- A desire to work in a up-to-date, flexible, tech-enabled environment with a growing national presence.

The salary range for this position is $150,000–$190,000. Actual compensation will depend on the candidate’s experience, competencies, and year of call. We may consider a higher salary for candidates whose experience or year of call warrants placement above the listed range.
