Open Internship Tracks:

? Operational Support Analyst

Gain exposure to systems like ServiceNow and Time Tracking, support process improvement, and deliver operational reporting across teams.

? Product Support

Help maintain excellence in our product portfolio as a Product Support intern. In this role, you actively support product requirements gathering and the composition of seamless end-user journeys. You will assist with change management, configurations mapping,



and release documentation. By ensuring all DEP updates are well-governed, rigorously mapped to user flows, and aligned with our business goals, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality digital banking experience to financial institutions. Perfect for those interested in product quality, functional structure, and operational rigor

What We’re Looking For:

- Smart, curious, and driven individuals
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Backgrounds in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or Operations are preferred (but not required!)
