Credit ControllerWest End, London (Hybrid - 2 days WFH / week)£30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus & BenefitsOur client, a leading commercial property and asset management firm with over £30bn of assets under management, is looking to hire a Credit Controller to join their growing finance team.This role sits within the Credit Control function and offers the opportunity to work closely with property management and client teams, ensuring the efficient collection of occupier charges while delivering a high level of service to stakeholders.The RoleManage the collection of outstanding occupier charges, including rent and service chargesMonitor and report on arrears, payment plans and collection performanceWork closely with Client Leads to support arrears strategies and enforcement processesEngage with occupiers to resolve queries,
