If you love music and are excited about joining this amazing organization, we would love to meet you!The UMC team works four days a week from our award-winning creative campus located in Liberty Village, Toronto, and one day to work virtually.ResponsibilitiesSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries and final financial reportingAnalyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights for business decision-makingIdentify and resolve issues by conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective solutionsDevelop and enhance financial models, reports, and analytical toolsAssist in budgeting and forecasting activitiesConduct financial, internal controls, and compliance reviews in accordance with global policies and proceduresProvide ad hoc analysis and support for special projects as requiredCollaborate closely with operations and project teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of business activitiesTrain and support offshore team members to ensure process alignment and consistencyQualifications5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting, financial analysis,
