Overview Site Superintendent – Low-Rise Residential A well-established Ontario builder-developer is seeking a Site Superintendent to support several active and upcoming low-rise residential communities across the GTA and surrounding regions. This opportunity is well suited for a strong superintendent who is currently available due to market conditions and is looking to join a stable, reputable organization. Responsibilities Oversee daily on-site operations for low-rise residential construction Coordinate trades, suppliers, consultants, and municipal inspectors Maintain construction schedules while ensuring quality and safety standards Enforce site safety, cleanliness, and company construction standards Identify and resolve site issues in collaboration with construction management Participate in inspections, deficiency resolution,



and home turnover Qualifications Proven experience as a Site Superintendent within low-rise residential construction Strong understanding of subdivision sequencing and multi-phase communities Ability to manage multiple trades and concurrent activities Solid knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and municipal processes Reliable, organized, and hands-on leadership approach Compensation Competitive salary range typically between $105,000 – $150,000, dependent on experience Additional compensation may include vehicle allowance or company vehicle, perks, and long-term growth opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr
