Overview Job Description Location: Downtown Toronto / Hybrid (Expected at least 3 days/week in office)Full-Time: May 4, 2026 - end of August 2026 We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented and analytical Early Talent to join our CX Practice for the summer term. This role is designed to support our teams in developing and updating case studies, creating presentation decks, and driving and participating in AI-driven initiatives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in demonstrating the impact and value of our solutions to clients, driving business development, and enhancing operational efficiencies through AI tools. Responsibilities Develop and update case studies that provide evidence of our CX solutions, showcasing our impact and value to clients. Create and maintain presentation decks to support business development and client presentations. Contribute to our expanding AI toolkit by helping test, refine and document use cases that improve delivery efficiency. Support competitive benchmarking and qualitative research synthesis across client engagements. Creating presentation decks, journey visualizations, and research reports that form the backbone of our consulting outputs. Assist with scribing, note-taking, and other administrative duties to support project timelines and client expectations. Support assessing and implementing new AI tools for innovating on total experience maps and enhancing team efficiencies. Collaborate with team members to integrate AI tools and prompts for efficiencies into ongoing projects.
Work closely with the CX Strategist and senior leaders to ensure effective onboarding, mentorship, and support throughout the tenure. Qualifications Must have: Currently enrolled in a master's program with a focus on human-centered design, behavioural economics or innovation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and implement AI tools. Strong presentation and storytelling skills, including the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling case studies and presentation decks. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team's success. Ability to work collaboratively with team members across CX and Consulting Practices. Nice‑to‑have Skills Preferred experience with AI tools and analytics, as well as familiarity with CX practices. With your experience, here's what you'll get! Compensation: The expected base compensation for this role is $23 to $27 CAD hourly.
