The Senior Developer will act as a technical leader,



providing guidance and mentorship to other developers and ensuring the platform's continuous improvement and optimal performance across these critical business areas.DevelopmentLead the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and its integrations.Collaborate with process owners to deliver innovative solutions and enhancements.Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.Provide design solutions and timelines for development.Develop and maintain design documents.Maintain enhancement release plans.IntegrationAddress problems of systems integration with multiple platforms.Develop and implement new integrations with external applications and platforms.Work with multiple IT support and development teams.Technical Advice and GuidanceAct as a technical leader, providing guidance and mentorship to other developers.Conduct code reviews for the application development team.Coach and mentor third‑party developers.Provide training to IT staff and team members on the functionality of ServiceNow.Provide demos and perform proof of concepts on new functionality.Skills & QualificationsMinimumPost‑secondary degree5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow implementations, integrations, and enhancements5+ years’ experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, Jelly ScriptingHands‑on experience with LDAP, ADFS, IAM integrations with ServiceNowExperience with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST, API’s)Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into productionAbility to adapt to recent technologies and evolving customer requirementsExcellent analytical and creative problem‑solving skillsCapable of working independently as well as in a team environmentPreferredBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related area.7+ years’ experience with ServiceNow implementations, integrations,
