Our mission is to protect working-class families through specialized coverage while providing our representatives with a scalable, high-growth career path.

Warm Lead Distribution: We provide representatives with a consistent flow of warm leads. Candidates are not required to engage in cold calling or solicit business from friends and family.

This is a 100% commission-based position. We provide the platform for financial independence, allowing your compensation to be a direct reflection of your performance and dedication.

Comprehensive Licensing Support: For candidates not currently licensed, we provide full guidance, study resources, and administrative support to help you obtain your state-required insurance licenses.

We are actively recruiting individuals from three primary backgrounds:

1. Experienced Licensed Agents

Transition to a system where your time is spent advising clients rather than prospecting.



We offer superior lead systems and a structured environment designed to maximize your closing ratio and eliminate the overhead of independent lead generation.

2. Retail and Sales Professionals

Leverage your existing customer service and interpersonal skills in a corporate environment. If you are seeking to transition away from retail shifts and hourly wages into a professional career with executive-level earning potential, this role offers the autonomy and financial growth you are looking for.

3. Entry-Level Candidates (No Prior Experience)

We prioritize character, work ethic, and coachability over specific industry experience. We offer a comprehensive training program that covers product knowledge, sales psychology, and client management. If you possess the drive to succeed, we will provide the tools to get you there.

Key Responsibilities
