Key Responsibilities:
• Complete nutritional assessments for new residents
• Regularly monitor and evaluate texture modified diets




• Work with the Interdisciplinary Team on care plans
• Participate actively with the wound care team
• Liaise with Food Service Manager on nutrition-related matters
Requirements:
• Registered Dietitian certification in good standing
• 2 years of relevant experience required
• Knowledge of geriatric nutritional needs and guidelines
• Robust communication and leadership skills
• Ability to organize and evaluate dietary interventions
