We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee production, logistics, and procurement functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of optimizing operational processes, driving efficiency, and managing complex supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Implement and monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow processes.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.

Logistics Management:

- Manage all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Negotiate contracts with carriers and logistics providers.
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient order fulfillment and distribution.

Procurement Management:

- Lead procurement in sourcing and purchasing raw materials, components, and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.




- Implement strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs and improve supplier performance.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and training.

Strategy & Reporting:

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyze operational data, identify trends, and generate reports for senior management.

Manage operational budgets and forecast resource needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with a strong focus on production, logistics, and procurement.
- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software
- Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
