What you will do The Finance Change Manager will guide and empower employees through organizational transformation, ensuring they feel prepared, supported, and engaged as new systems and ways of working are introduced. By fostering open communication and championing collaboration, you will create a positive, sustainable shift across the finance function. In this role, you will: Develop and execute a plan to support the department’s transition, ensuring people are prepared and comfortable with new systems, tools, and ways of working Utilize change management methodologies to guide initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and structures Collaborate with project teams and external consultants to understand and address the challenges of change Monitor how staff are adjusting, gather feedback, and adjust to improve the transition. Measure the success of change efforts through simple indicators such as adoption levels, engagement and report progress Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive communication strategy to ensure clear, consistent, and timely updates Design and deliver clear, consistent communication about upcoming changes, new systems, and process improvements Develop FAQs, newsletters, presentations,



and quick guides to support staff during the transition. Regularly update leadership, project teams, and staff on progress Be transparent and proactive in addressing staff concerns to manage resistance Ensure a smooth transition by working closely with the Project Manager to align change activities with project timelines Collaborate with technical teams and external consultants to support staff during system upgrades and new tool rollouts. Identify potential obstacles to adoption and help develop solutions to overcome them. Plan and coordinate training sessions to help employees understand and use new systems and processes Support knowledge sharing from external experts so internal teams can sustain systems after go-live Coach leaders and managers to be change champions who promote and support the transition Build a network of staff to lead and encourage others through the change process What you will bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. Prosci Change Management certification or equivalent 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or communications within a large-scale transformation environment Proven experience leading change management efforts in a finance or operations-focused transformation, preferably within a manufacturing or large enterprise setting Excellent communication, presentation,



and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities Ability to analyze data and apply change management principles to drive desired outcomes Bilingual proficiency in French (verbal and written) is considered a solid asset At Kruger Products, we see greatness in everyone and what they bring to the organization.
