Make an impact in a a highly collaborative environment that believe in empowerment as well as true work/life balance.What you will be doingHelp shape how data is integrated, managed, and used across the organization.Develop enterprise-wide data architecture and processes, leading the design and evolution of data strategies aligned with business and enterprise needs. Build and maintain data architecture roadmaps that reflect organizational goals, emerging technologies, and best practices while avoiding vendor lock in.Work with stakeholders to explain the approach, set expectations, and make sure everyone understands the guidelines and frameworks being put in place.Planning and delivering the recent data platform and applying architecture principles, partnering with the cloud team, and making decisions about how everything fits together.Work extensively in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem on data ingestion, pipeline design, and data flow management in Azure Data Lake and likely use Azure Data Factory and support some of the AI related components as they come online.Help to define what the future platform will look like the transition from a mix of legacy systems to a more modern cloud environment,



using concepts like Data Mesh and Data Fabric to guide the structure etc.What you must haveDirector level experience with a strong track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale data solutionsStrong grounding in data strategy and governance, including data modeling, metadata management, master and reference data, data quality, and full data lifecycle practices.Experienced with enterprise data architecture across warehouses, lakes, lakehouses, data mesh, data fabric, and cloud-native platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google CloudSkilled in solution design for modern data ecosystems, including APIs, ETL/ELT integration, streaming, pipelines, DevOps for data, cloud and hybrid environments, and security/privacy. Proficient with tools like ER/Studio, Erwin, dbt, Sparx EA, and ArchiMate, and familiar with methodologies such as TOGAF, DAMA, DMBOK, DCAM, and FAIR.Strong business and strategic capability, including understanding of business models, data monetization, cost/benefit analysis, budgeting, risk management, and aligning data strategies and roadmaps to organizational goals.
