Key Responsibilities:
• Build respectful, trauma-informed relationships with youth
• Deliver tailored life skills and therapeutic programming
• Document progress and contribute to treatment planning
• Support youth in various settings and during transitions
• Implement de-escalation strategies during crises
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
• Understanding of trauma-informed care principles
• Solid communication and conflict resolution skills
• Experience with at-risk youth preferred
• Ability to manage confidential information
