Your Opportunity
- Advise corporations, lenders, creditors or shareholders through financial reviews, business turnarounds, and financial restructurings (formal or informal).
- Prepare integrated cash flow models.
- Analyze cash flow models, projections, and business plans.
- Maintain ongoing communications with debtors, creditors, governmental regulators, and the Courts through stakeholder meetings, reports, and attendance at Court.
- Draft and present reports and recommendations for financial institutions, C‑suite executives, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
- Identify, target, and develop referral sources.
- Assist with practice development assignments.
- Have access to reliable transportation, as travel is required.
- Show flexibility to meet stakeholders during non‑business hours.

Your Experience And Education
- 2+ years of previous experience within the Restructuring field.
- CPA accounting designation is required.
- Enrollment in the Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) program.
- Financial modeling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Proven analytical and systematic problem‑solving skills.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize with flexibility to manage workload demands and multiple tasks.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel to other BDO offices and off‑site locations.
