Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Base Salary: $110,000–$135,000
Project Type: Commercial building construction

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality commercial building projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at coordination, communication, and driving projects to successful completion.

What You’ll Do

- Manage commercial construction projects from contract award through final completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal teams
- Lead project meetings and serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
- Review contracts, scopes of work, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project milestones
- Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

- 7+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
- Proven track record managing commercial building projects (office, retail, healthcare, education, mixed-use, etc.)
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods
- Experience with project scheduling, cost tracking, and contract administration
- Ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive accountability
- Proficiency with construction management software and Excel
- Solid communication, organization, and leadership skills
