Job Description We are seeking a business analyst with some actuarial knowledge to join our IT Underwriting Non-Life Unit, part of the Group IT department responsible for all applications in the underwriting area (Pricing & Modeling, Capacity & Exposure Management, Portfolio Management & Optimization). Support the development of our applications in the Pricing area, business requirements and application specifications to testing strategy and user support. Analyze requirements and specification design. Study information needs, system flows, data usage and business processes. Identify areas for improvement in processes and develop solutions. Design solutions and specify them to meet business needs and requirements.



Analyze data to identify insights that can inform business decisions. Assist the development team in planning, execution and monitoring to ensure successful delivery of solutions. Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes and solutions. Define and execute tests in collaboration with users. Produce the required documentation. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.G., Excel, SQL, PowerBI). Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Driven towards finding solutions and being responsive. Experience in the insurance or reinsurance business is a plus. Some actuarial knowledge is welcome. Highly motivated to understand our business processes. Excellent communication and language skills in English (proficient verbal and written). You will interact with the IT and the business community daily. High motivation and capable of working in a challenging international environment across location teams. Ability to work effectively within diverse teams and stakeholders. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in the insurance or reinsurance business, particularly pricing and actuarial methods, is a plus. A university degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
