A well-established public practice firm in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Tax Manager or Principal to lead and build its tax function. This role is suited for an experienced tax professional looking for ownership, influence, and a defined path to Partner within a stable, growing firm.The RoleYou will take responsibility for building and leading the firm’s tax department. This includes setting structure, processes, and standards, as well as growing the team over time. You will work closely with the existing partners and have discretion in how the tax practice is developed and scaled.
