What You'll Do

- Lead, coach, and support a team of Production Associates (3) to achieve daily production objectives.
- Plan and coordinate daily production schedules, staffing, materials, and workflow.
- Monitor production progress to ensure orders are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Train and onboard new employees while promoting a strong culture of safety and quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve issues and improve production flow.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall shop performance.

What We're Looking For

- 3-5 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse supervisory role.
- Experience leading and developing small teams.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of inventory control and production scheduling.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies is an asset.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP or inventory management systems.
