Overview Transforming client insights into actionable strategies for Private Wealth to drive profitable revenue growth, enhance our Client Promise, and deliver operational excellence. Provides expertise in the design, development, strategy, management and implementation of assigned projects from business case development through to execution. Works across BMO to deliver specific project/program results in alignment with overall group goals. Responsibilities Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs. Provides advice and guidance to assigned business/group on implementation of solutions. Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues. Supports the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Ensures alignment between stakeholders. Monitors and tracks performance, and addresses any issues. Builds change management plans of varying scope and type; leads or participates in a variety of change management activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives. Provides input into the planning and implementation of operational programs. Acts as a relationship manager on assigned projects/programs and ensures alignment to overall enterprise and group goals. Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders to provide business context in the design, development and implementation of programs & solutions. Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
Drives cross business/group coordination and logistical support for the implementation of change. Works on initiatives with varied complexity, typically involving multiple stakeholders across BMO. Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader,enterprise-wide focus. Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules. Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations. Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. Qualifications Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Broad knowledge of Bank products, services, and organization. In-depth knowledge of the wealth management and/or the financial industry Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience. Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth. Collaboration & team skills - In-depth. Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth. Influence skills - In-depth. Data driven decision making - In-depth. Salary and Benefits Salary: $56,000.00 - $103,500.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure.
Salaries for part time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position. BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
