As the Offshore Shift Supervisor, you will report to the SOV Shift Manager and directly supervise offshore technicians. Key responsibilities include managing safe work execution, operational coordination, and field decision-making while adhering to safety standards and customer expectations. You will ensure efficient operations and maintain reliable turbine performance, all within a commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise offshore technicians and enforce HSE leadership
• Ensure compliance with safety management systems




• Manage electrical safety and perform audits
• Coordinate vessel and crew transfers safely
• Monitor wind farm performance with SCADA and Power BI
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in electrical/mechanical environments
• Advanced knowledge of safety protocols
• Ability to travel extensively and work offshore
• Solid leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
