What you´ll do The Human Resources Manager partners with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives. This role provides strategic and hands-on HR support across talent management, employee relations, organizational design, and change initiatives ensuring that local HR practices and initiatives are aligned to the global/regional HR strategy. As a culture guardian, demonstrate clear responsibility for shaping culture, for guarding leadership behaviour, and for being the voice of employees & building trust. Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on workforce planning, performance management, engagement, and leadership effectiveness. Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment legislation. Support talent initiatives including succession planning, development, and organizational design. Lead and support change management and culture initiatives. Drive engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive and psychologically safe workplace culture. Strategically partner with various stakeholders and employees in providing day-to-day HR guidance while collaborating with the HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners and client groups. Ensure compliance with legislated requirements and timely governmental reporting. Use data and insights to identify trends,



risks, and opportunities within the workforce. What makes you a good fit Post-Secondary education in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. Professional HR designation (i.E., CHRP/CHRL) preferred.Minimum of 5 to 7 years progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience.Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a matrixed workplace. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Must be willing to travel.
