What you will achieve in this role:

- Lead the organization's retail delivery strategy across branches, contact center, broker channels, small business banking, wealth management integration, and other client-facing channels to drive sustainable growth and service excellence.
- Translate enterprise strategic priorities into actionable retail initiatives that enhance the client experience, strengthen operational effectiveness, support sound risk management, and foster employee development.
- Develop and execute retail strategies that align with organizational objectives while establishing clear performance metrics, accountability, and operational excellence across multiple delivery channels.
- Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team by fostering a culture of collaboration, coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive sales growth and deepen client relationships by implementing innovative programs, enhancing service delivery, and identifying opportunities to expand market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and client needs to recommend improvements to products, services, delivery channels, and business strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Risk, Credit, Finance, Wealth Management, and Small Business Banking to support profitable growth, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to the organization's strategic planning, budgeting, governance, and executive reporting while ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

What you must bring to this role:





- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within retail banking, financial services, or a related industry.
- Proven success leading large, multi-site retail operations while delivering strong sales, service, and financial performance.
- Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, lending, deposits, wealth management, and small business banking.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced industry designations are considered an asset.
