Our client is looking to fill the role of Sr. Clinicial Research Associate.

- Direct Hire: Sr. Clinical Research Associate
- Salary: $105-115k
- Location Preference - Western Canada

Responsibilities:

- Conduct and manage clinical site monitoring activities.
- Support site initiation, routine monitoring, and study closeout visits.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investigative sites.
- Identify and resolve site issues while supporting study timelines and objectives.

Required Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 4-6yrs experience as a CRA within a pharmaceutical or CRO setting.
- Experience monitoring clinical trials PI-IV.
- Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations and GCP guidelines.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory within Western Canada or throughout Canada as needed.
