Reporting to the Site Leader, this role calls for a dedicated Occupational Therapist with a commitment to patient-centered care. You will develop individualized goal-based programs to help residents regain and maintain optimal independence. Key Responsibilities:
• Complete initial and ongoing occupational therapy assessments
• Develop tailored care plans including adaptive equipment




• Collaborate with physiotherapists on program coordination
• Maintain therapeutic relationships with residents and families
• Conduct in-service training and ongoing education sessions
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Two years of relevant experience, preferably with elderly populations
• Current registration with provincial regulatory body
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to ensuring a culture of safety and compliance
