Calhoun Super Structures in Goderich, Ontario is seeking a Lead Hand - Production to support the Production Supervisor by coordinating day-to-day plant floor activities and ensuring safe, productive operation of the manufacturing process.
You will provide hands-on leadership to production operators, assist with troubleshooting, enforce 5S and safety standards, and help maintain quality and work-in-progress records across all areas including welding, fabrication and finishing.
