The Senior Associate, Planning and Insights role is responsible for developing and driving business reporting and data-driven decision making for Invoice Simple and Joist. In this role, you will track, analyze and forecast key business metrics to drive actionable insights and make operational decisions. You will partner with product, marketing and leadership team members to identify growth levers, wins, and risks before they surface while building performance narratives that influence decisions. This role serves as a key analytical partner across Invoice Simple and Joist leadership and reports to the Director of Planning and Insights. **Key Responsibilities:** **Qualifications:** 5+ years of experience in high-growth startup operations, finance, business strategy, consultingExperience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
