We are seeking a Content Designer to create explicit, user-centred content for digital products. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to simplify complex user journeys, improve accessibility, and deliver intuitive digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX writing and content design for digital products.
- Write clear, accessible content for user flows and digital experiences.
- Collaborate with product, UX, design, and development teams.
- Advocate for user-centered content and challenge briefs when needed.
- Present content recommendations to stakeholders.
- Use customer insights and data to improve content performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy.
- Financial Experience and Strong UX writing and accessibility experience.
- Proficiency with Figma, Confluence, and Jira .
- Experience working in Agile product teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay Rate: $60.00/hour
