Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities in a growing financial services setting. This role will focus on maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, supporting month-end activities, reconciling accounts, and assisting with reporting and compliance activities.

What Will You Be Doing?

- Process daily transactions, invoices, expenses, and payments in QuickBooks Online.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Support payroll administration, HST schedules, and year-end documentation.
- Assist with month-end close, reporting support,



and maintaining audit-ready records.
- Support bookkeeping activities across multiple related entities.

Must Haves:

- 3–5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll support, and month-end bookkeeping.
- Understanding of Canadian accounting practices and HST requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
