Kellow Recruiting is partnering with a rapidly growing global sports and outdoor products company to recruit two Warehouse Schedulers for its new Belleville distribution centre.

CHOOSE THE SCHEDULE THAT FITS YOUR LIFE

Weekday Shift

Monday to Friday | 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. | 40 hours per week

Weekend Shift

Friday to Sunday | 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. | Work 36 hours and be paid based on 40 | Four days off each week

Both positions receive the same salary and bonus opportunity.

THE MANDATE

This is not your typical warehouse scheduling role.

You will turn orders, customer requirements and operational data into a clear plan for the warehouse floor. You will establish what needs to move, wen it needs to move and how work should be prioritized to meet shipping deadlines.

You will work directly with warehouse employees, Team Leads and Shift Supervisors, directing workflow and adjusting priorities as conditions change. The position offers meaningful responsibility and autonomy while remaining connected to the broader operations team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and adjust outbound schedules and order priorities

• Direct workflow based on volumes,



deadlines and shipping cutoffs

• Coordinate picking, staging, loading and carrier requirements

• Make real-time adjustments as operational priorities change

• Resolve scheduling discrepancies, delays and other exceptions

• Use Excel and warehouse systems to monitor performance and workflow

WHAT YOU BRING

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and formulas

• Strong numerical ability and exceptional attention to detail

• Experience with scheduling, logistics, inventory, financial data or operational planning

• Confidence communicating priorities in a fast-paced warehouse

• Experience using SAP or another ERP or warehouse management system

• Sound judgment, adaptability and the ability to make decisions independently

Direct SAP experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with transferable ERP or warehouse systems experience can be trained.

Your background could be in logistics, warehousing, scheduling, inventory, finance or another numbers-focused operational workplace. What matters is your ability to understand data and translate it into practical action.
