Nous recherchons des profils motivés, rigoureux et autonomes, intéressés à évoluer dans des environnements techniques exigeants : MRO, aviation spécialisée, maintenance ligne/base, aéronefs civils, opérations gouvernementales, défense / militaire ou flottes spécialisées.

Selon les ouvertures, les mandats peuvent inclure :

• Maintenance planifiée et non planifiée sur aéronefs

• Inspections, troubleshooting, réparations et remise en service

• Maintenance ligne, hangar, base maintenance ou heavy maintenance

• Suivi documentaire, conformité réglementaire et respect des procédures approuvées

• Collaboration avec les équipes techniques, opérations, qualité et planification

• Environnements structurés avec forte culture sécurité, qualité et conformité

Profils recherchés :

• Licence AME M1, M2 ou expérience équivalente pertinente

• Expérience en maintenance d’aéronefs, MRO, aviation commerciale, régionale, militaire ou spécialisée

• Bonne capacité à lire et appliquer les manuels, procédures et données techniques

• Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d’équipe et bon jugement opérationnel

• Ouverture aux horaires variables, rotations, contrats ou postes permanents selon le mandat

• Intérêt pour des environnements techniques solides et des projets à long terme au Québec

AME M1 / M2 Opportunities – Aircraft Maintenance

TAS Techno Aero Services is supporting several aviation organizations in the recruitment of AME M1 / M2 and Aircraft Maintenance Technician profiles for different opportunities across Quebec.

We are looking for motivated, reliable and hands-on maintenance professionals interested in joining demanding technical environments such as MRO, specialized aviation, line and base maintenance, civil aircraft operations, government programs, defense / military aviation and specialized fleets.

Depending on the opportunity, responsibilities may include:

• Scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance

• Inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and return-to-service activities

• Line maintenance, hangar maintenance, base maintenance or heavy maintenance

• Technical documentation, regulatory compliance and approved procedures

• Collaboration with maintenance, operations, quality and planning teams

• Structured environments with strong safety, quality and compliance standards

Ideal profiles:

• AME M1, M2 licence or relevant aircraft maintenance experience

• Experience in aircraft maintenance, MRO, commercial aviation, regional aviation, military or specialized aviation environments

• Ability to read and apply manuals, procedures and technical data

• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, teamwork and operational judgment

• Open to variable schedules, rotations, contract or permanent roles depending on the opportunity

• Interest in long-term technical opportunities within Quebec’s aerospace sector
