About the Role The Analyst, Product Experience (Client Portals) supports the delivery and continuous improvement of Mackenzie Investments’ secure digital experiences for advisors and investors. Reporting to the Director, Product Owner – Client Portals, this role contributes to experience discovery, experience-led requirements gathering and documentation, testing, and delivery activities across the Client Portals. The successful candidate will work closely with Product, UX, Information Systems, and Experience team members. You will play a hands-on role in ensuring digital enhancements are delivered with quality, accuracy, and a robust user experience focus. What You’ll Do Product Discovery, Experience Definition & Delivery Support journey mapping and experience discovery by populating artifacts that define end-to-end advisor and investor portal experiences Assist with gathering and documenting business, user, and experience requirements Support advisor research and engagement activities, including note-taking, synthesis,



and documentation of insights Translate inputs into well-defined user stories and experience requirements under the guidance of senior team members Participate in wireframe and prototype walkthroughs; capture feedback and support follow-up actions Support delivery readiness by ensuring requirements are documented, traceable, and aligned to delivery timelines Assist with testing activities, including test case review, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and outcome reporting Coordinate translation requests and support screen reviews during UAT and go-live Data Analysis & Measurement Perform data analysis by querying and synthesizing information from multiple data sources to identify trends, anomalies, and experience improvement opportunities Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and summaries that communicate insights to Product and Experience teams Partner with senior team members to translate quantitative and qualitative insights into inputs that inform prioritization and experience enhancements Support data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reported metrics Change Management & Launch Support Support change management activities related to digital product enhancements Assist with readiness and go-live activities by providing product documentation to inform communications and training materials What You Bring Experience 2–3 years of experience in digital product, product experience, business analysis, data analysis, or a related role Experience supporting experience discovery activities such as requirements documentation, user research, or journey mapping Hands-on experience supporting delivery execution, including test case review, UAT, defect tracking, and go-live support Experience analyzing and synthesizing data from multiple sources to support reporting and insights Experience in a regulated environment (e.G., financial services) considered an asset Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Entry-level certifications in Product Management, Business Analysis, UX, Data Analytics, or Agile are considered assets Skills & Capabilities Working knowledge of digital product and user experience principles Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills Comfort working with data, test cases,

The expected annual base salary range for this role is ($62,000- $80,000), which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
