Role Overview

A Senior Software Developer is required to provide technicalleadership, design expertise, development, implementation, and ongoing supportfor enterprise applications. The successful candidate will play a key role inmodernizing and enhancing business-critical solutions while ensuring alignmentwith organizational standards, security requirements, and long-term technologystrategies.

The role involves leading technical initiatives through thefull Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), collaborating with businessstakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions, anddelivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Providesenior technical expertise, project leadership, and coordination ofactivities related to the development, implementation, and maintenance ofenterprise solutions.
- Leadthe analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, integration, anddeployment of application solutions.
- Translatebusiness requirements into technical specifications and implementationplans.
- Providetechnical advice and recommendations to stakeholders to support businessgoals and objectives.
- Conductfeasibility studies, technical evaluations, and cost-benefit analyses forproposed initiatives.
- Leadtechnical resources through all stages of the SDLC, including planning,scheduling, estimating, monitoring progress, and reporting project status.
- Designand develop complex applications utilizing relational andmulti-dimensional databases.




- Supportimplementation activities and provide post-implementation support asrequired.
- Evaluatesoftware, hardware, tools, technologies, and integration approaches.
- Establishand improve development standards, quality controls, and performancemetrics.
- Mentorand provide guidance to junior technical team members.
- Developand maintain technical documentation, installation guides, operationalprocedures, and build documentation.
- Collaboratewith business analysts, stakeholders, and project teams to define anddeliver business solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Strongexperience with enterprise application architecture, design, anddevelopment.
- Experiencewith Microsoft Azure cloud technologies and modernization initiatives.
- Knowledgeof Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), microservices, and web services(REST, JSON, AJAX).
- Experiencedeveloping web applications using:
- TypeScript
- HTML5
- CSS
- Experiencewith:
- Python
- VBA
- .NET
- C++
- C#
- SQL
- SDK-baseddevelopment
- Experienceworking with relational and multi-dimensional databases.
- Experiencesupporting application deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, andincident management.
