- Minimum 5 years experience as a maintenance millwright.
- Licensed Red Seal Millwright with capability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical production machinery.
- Experience with injection mold presses.
- Must demonstrate capability to effectively use shop equipment for fabrications (e.g., welder, lathe, mill, drill press).
- Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to understand work order requirements.
- Must be able to keep up to fast paced activities.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Two options: 1. Day Shift or 2. Afternoon Shift.
- Review all equipment ensuring all safety devices are in place and in excellent working condition.
- Responsible for accurate troubleshooting, modifying production equipment and fabrication.
- Responsible for all maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems on production equipment.
- Ensure correct installation, assembly, positioning, and mechanical set-up of all current equipment.
- Complete preventative maintenance task list as assigned.
