Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a Workday Specialist for Talent Insights & Reporting in Canada. You will scale our Workday reporting infrastructure, extract data, audit quality, and support visualization initiatives to inform HR and business strategy.
You’ll partner with HR, Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive employee experience and organizational outcomes, bridging data and strategy with governance and audit controls.
